The Bond Wolfe group, which includes Bond Wolfe Auctions, Bond Wolfe Commercial in West Bromwich, Bond Wolfe Finance and BW Media, is to hold its annual golf day at Edgbaston Golf Club on Tuesday, September 14.

Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe Auctions, said: “The event has been on hold for a couple of years, with the launch of Bond Wolfe Auctions in January 2019 and the lockdowns in 2020 and into 2021, making it impossible to stage as we would have wished.

“But we wanted to signpost the road map back to normality by giving ‘Corporate Midlands’ and all our friends, contacts and suppliers something to look forward to in September.”

The Bond Wolfe Annual Charity Golf Day will this year raise funds for 2021 nominated charities – Birmingham Foodbank, Mind and Birmingham & Solihull Women’s Aid. These were selected as it decided to focus on local charities that have been relied upon heavily during the pandemic.

Since its launch more than 15 years ago, Midlands’ charities that have benefitted over the years include Mary Stevens Hospice, Barnardo’s, Macmillan and The Olivia Clark Appeal.

Managing partner of Bond Wolfe Commercial James Mattin added: “We believe it is important that Midlands businesses try to maintain their support for the communities in which they live and work.

“I hope that as many keen corporate golfers as possible sign up for our day later this year. Teams of four are welcome and we look forward to seeing you .”
