Internet of Things workshop

A free workshop looking at the possibilities of the Internet of Things in the manufacturing industry and how to use this technology to achieve resource efficiency and reduce costs is taking place in Wolverhampton on October 2.

Internet of Things Workshop: Building a Smart Business in Manufacturing is being run by EnTRESS (Environmental Technologies & Resource Efficiency Support Service) at Wolverhampton Business Solutions Centre on the University of Wolverhampton Science Park, Glaisher Drive, from 8.30am to 12.45pm.

Nike Consultants, HPE Aruba and Microsoft are taking part and there will be information on support available from EnTRESS to achieving operational and resource efficiency and reducing costs in factories.

EnTRESS is part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund and provides business support to optimise the use of resources
