'Fine dining in a box' soars during lockdown
The hospitality sector has majorly struggled during the coronavirus pandemic but one business has thrived as it serves customers at home.
Blu Magic Food, based in Sandwell, delivers fine dining Caribbean fusion food to customers at home.
The company's director, Matthew Knight, said: "It's a mix of different cuisines within the Caribbean.
"We've been doing takeaways. We're a fine dining company so we take the fine dining and put it in a box, so you're still getting the fancy food.
"To make an impact we had to be different, it looks like restaurant-style, the response has been good.
"This is a big gap in the market. I know no one was doing this style in a takeaway."
