Paz Heer, 39, of Essington, is no longer serving any clients due to the second national lockdown.

It comes at a time when he had plans to revamp his business, called AB Cakes, which is located at Snow Hill, in Wolverhampton, with a new studio and lounge area for customers.

He said: “I am definitely concerned about the future of my business. Who knows whether we will survive. I had casual staff who I had to let off during the first lockdown.

"There are no weddings or big parties. I have got no custom at the minute. People are enquiring for after December 2, when lockdown is set to end. But I’m am not too convinced about us getting back to normal after that.”

Mr Heer operated for 12 years. His clientèle includes Hollywood actors Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone, world champion boxers Floyd Mayweather and Anthony Joshua and world's strongest man Eddie Hall.

This has earned him the nickname 'cake maker to the stars'.

But despite the difficulties of Covid-19, Mr Heer is staying positive and hopes to get into the "celebrity world even more so".
