His presentation included his take on the way digital marketing is moving forward, along with practical advice on how businesses and organisations can ensure they get best use of their investment in online activity.

Digital sales campaign manager Natalie Coughlan, who organised the morning, said the workshop had been a positive event.

She said: "This was the first MNA Digital workshop we have organised as part of the digital first sales strategy and we were pleased that delegates took up the invitation to join us at Casino 36 for the morning.

"We aim to hold a series of events in the Black Country and Shropshire to not only spread the word about MNA Digital's credentials as a digital marketing services agency but also to generate opportunities for sales staff to engage with people in the market for support.

"Digital marketing is a competitive market yet we hope to make progress in showing potential customers what MNA Digital can do for them."
