Primark Birmingham opening date revealed for biggest ever store
Ready to take a look around the world's biggest Primark?
Primark has confirmed the opening date for its huge new shop in Birmingham city centre.
The eagerly-awaited news was officially revealed by Primark this week after months of speculation.
The new shop will open its doors on April 11 and will become the chain's largest to date.
Primark has taken over the five floors of the former Pavilions shopping centre.
'An inspiration': Five-year-old Willenhall model signed up Primark
There will be 160,100 sq ft of retail space at the store which becomes Primark's 187th in the UK.
The new store is creating more than 500 and 430 staff will transfer from the current Birmingham shop in New Street.
It will be almost four times the size of the current store.
