Walsall based accountants Baldwins in takeover deal for Kidderminster firm
Walsall-based accountancy group Baldwins has strengthened its presence in Worcestershire after the takeover of an established Kidderminster practice.
Baldwins, which was originally founded in Walsall and has now grown to 64 offices around the UK, has joined forces with dhjh chartered accountants which is based at Wyre Forest House on Finepoint Way.
Dhjh was founded in the mid-1980s and now employs 15 staff, providing services to over 550 businesses and individuals. These services range from general accountancy and compliance work through to specialist tax advice and additional services such as business development.
Small to medium size business, which are predominantly family run, have benefited from their expertise throughout Worcestershire and further afield.
The firm will continue to be based at Kidderminster’s Wyre Forest House after moving there three years ago, and will continue trading as dhjh while working closely with the neighbouring Baldwins office in Stourbridge.
Jane Swann is now a Partner at dhjh after joining the firm 13 years ago, and believes the partnership with Baldwins is the perfect platform for further growth.

Daniella Tarbuck from Rutherfords Legal also assisted Baldwins and dhjh with legalities of the acquisition.
