The road crash incident in Tipton took place on Bourne Avenue at around 1.23pm, with the National Express West Midlands service 43 being diverted.

The crash is reported to have happened between two cars and a motorcycle; however, the conditions of those involved are not yet known.
National Express West Midlands has warned of possible disruptions to regular travel due to an 'incident' in Tipton.
West Midlands Fire Service warned that they have attended the three vehicle RTC, urging drivers to be 'mindful' in the area following 'an increase in incidents'.
A fire service spokesperson said: "Blue watch has attended an RTC involving two cars and a motorcycle on Bridge Road.
"Please be mindful when driving in this area due to an increase in incidents here."
Three people were reported to have been injured due to the crash, with West Midlands Ambulance Service saying that one person, the motorcyclist, was treated for 'potentially serious injuries'.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We were called to reports of an RTC involving a car and a motorbike on Bridge Road in Tipton at 12.50pm and sent two ambulances to the scene.
"On arrival, crews found a man, the motorcyclist, who they treated for potentially serious injuries before conveying him to Russells Hall Hospital. Two further patients were assessed and discharged at the scene."
National Express West Midlands said that service 43 will now instead follow Cupfields Avenue and Toll End Road.
A National Express West Midlands spokesperson said: "Incident on Bourne Avenue, Tipton.
"Services 43 will be diverting in both directions via Cupfields Avenue and Toll End Road.
"Apologies for any disruption to your journey."
