Jailed: Four Wolverhampton men involvement in heroin and crack cocaine ring
Four Wolverhampton men have been sentenced to more than 20 years in prison collectively for their part in a conspiracy which saw them supply heroin and crack cocaine in the city.
Gregory Simpson, Martin Wellsbury, Ryan Freeman and Paul Ball all earlier admitted to being involved in the sale of Class A drugs in Wolverhampton between September 2, 2023 and March 3, 2024.
They pleaded guilty to their part in two counts of conspiracy in the supply and sale of the drugs at a hearing in May.
But at Wolverhampton Crown Court on Wednesday Judge Talog Davies agreed with their legal counsel over how much of the drugs they had dealt with after earlier arguments about the amounts.
