'We visited four iconic West Midlands football stadiums for an important cause - and we can't believe how generous people are'
Members of the AndysManClub in the West Midlands have raised more than £1,800 after walking to four iconic stadiums for an important cause.
Halesowen-based AndysManClub members have come together to take part in a 25-mile trek to four iconic stadiums to raise money for their mental health charity.
AndysManClub is a suicide prevention charity that facilitates free peer-to-peer support groups aged 18 and above so that men can speak openly about their issues in non-judgemental surroundings.

Now, Black Country members of the charity have joined together to walk a 25-mile city hike to four iconic stadiums in hopes of raising crucial funds for the charity.

As part of the walk, the members started at Halesowen Town FC on June 7, before travelling to Birmingham's St Andrews Stadium, Aston Villa's Villa Park, West Bromwich's The Hawthorns and back to Halesowen Town FC.
Talking about the walk, Baljinder Sanghera, a member of the group, said: "It was a good walk, we started at Halesowen Town FC and went to Birmingham's St Andrews, Villa Park, The Hawthorns and then back to Halesowen FC.
"We're aiming to raise as much as we can for the charity. In the UK, one male under the age of 54 will take his own life every two hours, it's a shocking statistic and something needs to change. That's why we are doing this.
"We can't believe how generous people are - we hope they can keep supporing us."
The group has so far raised £1,835 in aid of AndysManClub, however, the group aims to raise as much money as possible to help end the stigma of male mental health.
