Disruption on trains as line between Birmingham and Worcestershire is blocked
There is disruption on the trains between Birmingham New Street and Worcestershire Parkway with all lines currently blocked.
Cross Country Trains posted on X that all services running through the two stations will be cancelled, delayed by up to 120 minutes or diverted, with Worcestershire Parkway not currently being served.
The disruption will affect services between Hereford and Birmingham and the train company says it is expected to remain in place until 1.45pm.
Tickets are being accepted on West Midlands Railway / London Northwestern Railway services between Worcester Shrub Hill and Birmingham Snow Hill in both directions until further notice.
