Trial of pair accused of shooting women outside Wolverhampton venue is adjourned by six months
The trial of two men accused of shooting three women outside a party venue in Wolverhampton has been adjourned after a week.
Judge Michael Chambers dismissed the jury in the case of Shaun Andrews and DeShaun White, both aged 23, who are charged with attempted murder and possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life.
The case started last Wednesday at Wolverhampton Crown Court, with the prosecution alleging three young women had left a party at Jack's Cafe, Frederick Street for some air at around 11pm on Friday, September 27, when a car drove past and a shotgun was fired at them from the passenger window.
