Hilarious footage shows the moment a young Halesowen girl “went to bits” when Beyoncé came on stage at her concert.
Amelia White, 10, was left completely starstruck when she saw the superstar perform live for the first time at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London on Tuesday (June 10).
Her mum Harriet Astley, 36, took both her daughters, Amelia and Tia White, 14, to the show. Harriet had been filming Amelia’s reaction before the concert, hoping to catch a sweet moment, but never expected what came next.
Amelia can be heard letting out a blood-curdling scream, utterly overwhelmed by Beyoncé’s grand entrance.
Harriet, a care assistant, said: “Amelia has always been a bit dramatic but I’ve never seen her like that.
“At first, I actually thought she didn’t like it as she can be funny about loud noises. But then I realised she was just totally overwhelmed. I was crying with laughter while filming her.
“She was weirdly quiet before the show, which is very unlike her. And then, the second Beyoncé came on, it was like someone flipped a switch. She completely went to bits.”
Beyoncé is performing twice more at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, on Saturday (June 14) and Monday (June 16).
