Fruity prizes and jobs up for grabs at new Aldi branch opening today
The first 30 customers to go through the doors at a new supermarket in Oldbury will be treated to free fruit and vegetables.
Free bags of fresh produce from Aldi’s famous Super Six range will be given to the first in the queue outside when the brand new branch opens its doors in Oldbury Green Retail Park in Oldbury Ringway.
They will be greeted by Paralympian triathlete and gold medallist Megan Richter who will cut the ribbon at the official opening at 8am today (June 12).

She will be joined by store manager Donna Galbraith along with a team of 35 colleagues from the local community.
The new store will offer groceries, middle aisle 'special buys', electrical items and garden tools.
Opening times are Mondays–Saturdays between 8am-10pm and Sundays between 10am-6pm.
