A number of windows at the 100-year-old Low Hill Library in Kempthorne Avenue, Wolverhampton have been broken over the last few weeks and enquiries are being carried out to establish who has caused the damage.

Police teams in the area have also stepped up patrols to offer reassurance to the local community who use the building, and act as a deterrent to further damage being caused.
