Driver 'lucky to be alive' after crash near Wolverhampton

A driver was 'lucky' to be breathing after the car they were in was severely damaged following a crash.


Fire crews, an air ambulance along with police from Kinver and Wombourne attended the incident which involved one red car in Bridgnorth Road, Trescott.

The back end of the vehicle was badly dented and the back and side windows were left smashed following the crash on Tuesday evening but the driver did not suffer any serious injuries.

The road was blocked between between Fox Road in Shipley and Furnace Grange Road as emergency services helped the driver and cleared the road,.
