£1m worth of heroin found in car on M6
Police found £1 million worth of heroin in a car they pulled over on the M6 near Walsall, it was revealed today.

David Partington, a 31-year-old joiner, from Bury in Lancashire, was appearing before Walsall Magistrates Court today charged with possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.
Officers from the Central Motorway Policing Group stopped a black Range Rover travelling on the M6 northbound at Junction 10, near Walsall at 11.55pm last night.
A 24-year-old woman from Manchester was also arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled drug with intent to supply and has been bailed while inquiries continue.
