New jobs created by Wolverhampton pub revamp

Five new jobs will be created when a popular Wolverhampton pub closes for 10 days to undergo a £240,000 refurbishment.

Yates's, on Queen Square, will shut its doors tomorrow and reopen on Thursday November 15.

Work will include a new colour scheme, LED lighting and sound systems and extra seating.

The city centre bar currently has 32 employees and the new roles will all be part-time
