Fees on the M6 Toll motorway will rise again from March 1, bosses have announced.

Car drivers will be charged £5.50 to use it during the day, a rise of 20p, while trailers vans and lorries will be charged £11, a rise of 40p. There will be a cut in night time rates.

It comes just days after figures revealed use of the M6 Toll is lower than it was when the road opened eight years ago.
