Malc Treece leaves The Wonder Stuff

A founding member of Stourbridge band The Wonder Stuff has left the group, it emerged today.

A statement on the band's website said Malc Treece had decided to leave after "recent tensions regarding the band's future".

The remaining members of the band, Miles Hunt, Erica Nockalls, Mark McCarthy and Fuzz Townshend said their upcoming shows marking the 20th anniversary of their album Never Loved Elvis, which include a gig at Birmingham's O2 Academy on Thursday, would go ahead.
