Paul Gascoigne: Football star Gazza returns to Midlands for after dinner speech

Paul Gascoigne is returning to the West Midlands - for an after dinner speech in November.

The former England star will appear at the Mercure Hotel in Bewdley on November 24.

Tickets for the event, organised by Kong Events, were priced at £47.97, but have already sold out.

It will come two years after the footballer appeared at Wolverhampton Civic for his Evening with Gazza show.

He was later fined £1,000 and ordered to pay a security guard £1,000 compensation for racially abusing him during the show.

The event at Kidderminster is one of three talks he will give at Mercure hotels in the country - the others are in Hull and Norwich.

A preview of the show on the ticket seller's website states: "Here’s your chance to get up close and personal at this intimate on stage interview with Gazza.

"Come and show your support for a footballing national treasure."

The show includes a two course meal followed by Gazza talking about an football career.
