Youngsters from a Wolverhampton dance school kicked off their festive celebrations with a performance at a festive market.

Pupils aged six and above from Linzi G School of Dance sang an array of songs to spread Christmas cheer on Sunday, November 23, at the Mount Hotel in Tettenhall.

The performances were held at the hotel's annual festive market where a number of small businesses held stalls selling a variety of unique gifts.

Lindsey Grant, said: "hank you to all pupils who came to sing at today’s Festive Market you sang beautifully I am so proud of you all.

"Thank you also to all parents, families and friends who came along to support us. It was so nice to see so many of you in the crowds and help create such a great turnout for the event! Christmas has officially started."

Lindsey Grant will be starring as Princess Jasmine in Mary Stevens Hospice's Christmas pantomime Aladdin from November 27 to December 1.
