And the former Wolves star hosted the event at Shifnal Golf Club with fellow club legend Don Goodman also in attendance.

The striker, aged 52, said it had been an 'absolutely brilliant' event and had raised much-needed charity cash.

Bully said: "It was absolutely brilliant, everybody enjoyed themselves and we had great weather as well.

"The course was beautiful and they really looked after us.

"We've raised quite a bit of money – around £7,000 – and I'm grateful to everyone who has contributed.

"We're now going to have a meeting of the trustees where we will decide who the money goes to.

"It could be any charity who has applied to us for funds."
