After seeing the show in Victoria Hall, Stoke, Staffordshire student Thea Mitchell contacted the Circus of Horrors to see if she could perform in the show for a day.

To her amazement, she was offered the chance of being a 'Girl in the Bottle' for the day.

Thea, from Manor Rise in Burntwood, will join the Circus of Horrors for their performance in Stafford Gatehouse Theatre on March 4.

Blending horror and burlesque with bizarre acts, the show has toured across the world, performing alongside the likes of Foo Fighters, Muse, Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds and Motorhead; in one of Lemmy final gigs.

The Circus of Horrors appeared in the 3,700 capacity Stadium Live at the heart of Moscow and becoming the first UK circus ever to perform in Russia.
