Jabuti is set to bring their production of Moonbeam on a Cat's Ear to the Midlands after an initial Scottish tour in 2017.

The play is based on the best-selling Canadian children’s book by Marie-Louise Gay and is designed for young audiences and their families.

The visual adventure Moonbeam on a Cat’s Ear uses puppetry, music and physical theatre to tell the story.

A cast of two, including creator Rachael Macintyre, bring Marie-Louise’s illustrations to life for small children aged three to five.

Rachael said: " I am really looking forward to taking Moonbeam on a Cat’s Ear to England, and very grateful for the support from Arts Council England.

"It will be a delight to take this show to children and their families across the country and hopefully give some children a magical first theatre experience."
