Lichfield theatre invitation to budding actors
Budding actors are invited to attend a new drama group for children at the Lichfield Garrick.
Garrick Juniors, targeted at six to ten year olds, will take takes place on Saturday mornings.
The sessions are designed to help youngsters develop their drama skills and gain confidence.
Jonny McClean, associate director at the theatre, said: "Accessing drama and theatre at an early age is a fantastic way for young people to learn co-ordination, stoke the fires of imagination, enrich their life and – most importantly – enjoy themselves.
"We’re thrilled to have Garrick Juniors beginning here soon, and urge anyone who might be interested and wants to try drama in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere to give it a go."
