West End hit SIX coming to Wolverhampton Grand Theatre

West End smash hit SIX will come to Wolverhampton Grand Theatre next year.

From Tudor queens to pop princesses, SIX sees the six wives of Henry VIII take to the mic to tell their own personal tales, remixing 500 years of historical heartbreak into a 75-minute celebration of 21st century girl power.

The show’s 2018 debut at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe hastened its West End transfer which opened in January 2019. The production is currently enjoying an open-ended run in London at the Arts Theatre playing to sold out houses.

The touring Queens will be played by Lauren Drew (Catherine of Aragon), Maddison Bulleyment (Anne Boleyn), Lauren Byrne (Jane Seymour), Shekinah McFarlane (Anna of Cleves), Jodie Steele (Katherine Howard) and Athena Collins (Catherine Parr), with alternates Jennifer Caldwell, Cassandra Lee and Harriet Watson.

The cast are backed by the show’s all-female band, The Ladies in Waiting.
