People struggling with infertility or baby loss can get advice and support at Birmingham event
A new event in Birmingham is offering support to those struggling to conceive or stay pregnant to term this month.
The 'Brush & Brew' event at Zindiya Streatery & Bar, in Birmingham, is offering people with similar experiences a chance to come together for advice and support.
The event, which is a collaboration between gynae-health charity Cysters, Zindiya Streatery & Bar, Ambience Arts and Love Brum, will give attendees the chance to get creative with paint, enjoy an Indian afternoon tea and chat to experts in the infertility space.
In a statement on social media, a spokesperson for Cysters said: "Join us for a small, intimate evening at Zindiya Streatery & Bar, where we come together as a community to share, reflect and connect.
"Enjoy a paint & sip session alongside a beautiful Indian afternoon tea by Zindiya, while hearing from a panel of experts and those with lived experience exploring the realities of baby loss, fertility and IVF.
"This event isn’t just for one person or one story — it’s for everyone touched by these journeys. Whether you’re a partner, friend, doula, or supporter, you’re welcome. Because we know fertility and loss affect all of us, and there are rarely spaces to hold these conversations together. Come paint, sip, and sit in community — surrounded by understanding, compassion and creativity.
"A huge thank you to @LoveBrum for kindly sponsoring this event, and to our amazing partners @Zindiya and @AmbienceArts for working with us and trusting our vision."
Among the experts attending the event is Dr Divpreet Sacha, a UK-based GP with specialist expertise in fertility, hormonal health, and postnatal recovery. She is the founder of Her Holistic Health, a doctor-led platform offering calm, compassionate, and evidence-informed education for women navigating IVF, PCOS, pregnancy, and beyond.
Her approach is grounded in clinical insight but shaped by lived experience, having personally navigated IVF, miscarriage, PCOS, and postnatal challenges.
The event is set to take place from 11am until 4pm on November 15. Tickets start at £20 and are available to book on Eventbrite.
