Due to social isolation, the young musician has been unable to get out and perform to his fans.

Instead he has set up weekly live streams on his Facebook page which have attracted viewers from Turkey and Spain.

Ryan said: "When I saw big artists such as Chris Martin from Coldplay doing live streams it gave me an idea.

"I thought I could reach out to my fan base and most importantly bring people together during these times, particularly those who alone or suffer with their mental health.

"Music is a powerful thing - I want to spread the message that you're not alone during this time while bringing people together and singing some songs."

Viewers can tune into the streams each Friday at 7pm on Ryan's Facebook Page - @RyanEvansOfficial

Ryan added: "During the next stream I'll also be trying to raise some money for NHS Charities Together and there will be a donation link on the stream."

He is also part of another musical project, Voices for New Cross.

Organised by Kelly Ward, a number of Wolverhampton-based musicians, including Ryan, are working together - while still social distancing - on a charity single, with proceeds going towards the hospital and Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust.

The song is set to be released on Thursday, April 2.
