Student-run charity festival returns to Birmingham - in pictures

A charity music festival organised by students returned to Birmingham.

ValeFest is run by students at the University of Birmingham on the Vale Student Village to raise money for a range of different charities.

This year's event saw performances from the likes of The Hunna, Ivory Wave, Saint Raymond, Chopstick Dubplate, Kioko and more across six different stages.

Now in its fifteenth year, this year's ValeFest raised more for Birmingham-based charities St Basils, Sense and Kids Adventure.

Since its inception, the event has raised more than £200,000 for charity.
