The 25 date tour will kick off in Belfast on January 14, and is in support of their 2017, Grammy Award-winning album Emperor of Sand.

Mastodon are arguably one of the most influential and respected heavy rock bands of a generation, and are known for classics such as Blood and Thunder and Oblivion.

With a career spanning 18 years, Mastodon are sure to dip into their wide repertoire as a part of their live, intimate performances.

Donations from the shows will be made to three charities, The TJ Martel Foundation, Hirshberg Foundation For Pancreatic Cancer and the Pancreatic Cancer Action Newtwork in honour of the band’s manager Nick John, who tragically passed away from pancreatic cancer last month.

The band will be performing at the O2 Academy in Birmingham on January 22.
