Black Country Communion split, Glenn Hughes reveals
Rock band Black Country Communion are finished, frontman Glenn Hughes has revealed.
He said the band has split because US guitarist Joe Bonamassa had left and would not let the others continue using the band name.
Hughes, who hails from Cannock, told his fans on Twitter: "Just so it's crystal, BCC is over. Joe left and will not allow us to keep the name. Nice, huh?"
He will continue working with band mates Jason Bonham, son of Black Country rock legend aJohn, and Derek Sherinian under a new name.
