It has been designed by Stuart and Halesowen College to help students build on their currents skills, as well as giving an insight into the modern fine dining industry.
Stuart, a former student at Halesowen College, will be sharing techniques he has developed through his experience at Michelin-starred restaurants.
There will also be a range of guest speakers.
Chris Hughes, chef lecturer and course leader, said: “We are working hard to bridge the skills gap due to Covid-19 and introduce more practical sessions and workshops.”
The first session takes place on Monday.
