A Sedgley church is staging a Christmas tree festival.

All Saints Parish Church in Sedgley

Trees inside All Saints Parish Church will be decorated on the theme of Disney films and characters by church and village groups this year.

The festival opens this Friday with the blessing of the trees by the Rector, the Rev Guy Hewlett, at 10am followed by carols sung by village school choirs.

The church is open from 10am to 4pm Friday, Saturday and Monday and 2pm to 4pm on Sunday to view the trees with donations invited for the Salvation Army.

The church also has its annual Christmas fair taking place in the church hall in Vicar Street from 10am to 2pm on Saturday, December 7.
