Gregory Porter - Hey Laura

Soul star Gregory Porter is heading to Birmingham this weekend.

The double Grammy Award-winning soul singer began his career in 1998, and has since released five full-length studio albums.

He's best known for singles such as Holding On, Liquid Spirit, Hey Laura and Be Good.

Stafford's first, and only burlesque and variety show, Très Très Cabaret, will return to the MET Studio at Stafford Gatehouse Theatre

Wicked Wizard of Fizzog - Forest Arts Centre, Walsall

Wicked Wizard of Fizzog

Comedy troupe The Fizzogs re-work classic film The Wizard of Oz in this new show.

Set in 1910, the play within a play tells the tale of two young witches who fall out, and a girl who is searching for home, a talking lion, a scarecrow, a tin man and a yellow brick road.

As their world's collide when they perform their very own play, nothing goes to plan which leads to a variety of funny capers.

Antiques For Everyone

The largest vetted art, antiques and interiors fair outside of London is returning to Birmingham this week.

Antiques for Everyone brings together more than 160 specialist dealers showcasing thousands of pieces including furniture, ceramics, jewellery, and more.

The NEC fair will host a series of expert talks from BBC’s Antiques Roadshow specialists Judith Miller and Will Farmer, as well as a unique feature exhibition about the history of spoons.

Harry Styles - Kiwi

One Direction sensation Harry Styles is bringing his headline tour to Birmingham this weekend.

The dates form part of a world tour to promote his self-titled album, which soared to the top of the charts around the world.

In the U.S. it topped the Billboard 200 album chart with over 230,000 equivalent album units sold and 193,000 traditional albums sold, making history as the biggest debut sales week for a U.K. male artist’s first full-length album since Nielsen Music began tracking sales in 1991.

The Vaccines - If You Wanna

Indie rockers The Vaccines are heading to Birmingham's O2 Academy this Saturday.

Formed in 2010, the West-London outfit have released three full-length albums and played shows across the world.

They have toured extensively, playing with and opening up for acts such as The Rolling Stones, Arcade Fire, The Stone Roses, Arctic Monkeys, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Muse among others.

Mayor's Charity Rock Festival - Slade Rooms, Wolverhampton

The Annual Mayor's Charity Rock Festival returns to Wolverhampton again.

The event will see performances from the likes of Voodoo Sioux, Devil Fire, Shyyne, These Wicked Rivers, Mallen, Naked Sunday, Hightale, Unhinged and Seize The Void.

Proceeds from the event will be going to charities such as Acorns, Sickle Cell Care, Interfaith, Alzheimer's Society, Street Pastors and Central Youth Theatre.

Fleetwood Bad return to Bilston's Robin 2 for a night of music from music sensations Fleetwood Mac.

The Fleetwood Bac show focuses on the Stevie Nicks, Lindsey Buckingham and Christine McVie Rumours era of the band, which is still the fifth biggest-selling album of all time.

The show also includes some of Stevie's biggest solo hits as well as an acoustic session.

After their sell out performance of Les Miserables in 2014, the Get Your Wigle On Teen Musical Theatre Group return with a new cast.

Imprisoned for stealing a loaf of bread, petty thief Jean Valjean is released from his 19-year jail sentence, and becomes the mayor of a prosperous town and a loving adoptive father - violating his parole in the process.

Inspector Javert, who makes life for Jean impossible, consequently pursues him. Only years later, after Valjean proves his mettle during a bloody uprising and saves the life of a young man hopelessly in love with Jean’s adopted daughter, does the ex-convict finally feel fully redeemed.

Beauty and the Beat In Concert - Symphony Hall, Birmingham

Beauty and the Beast

Starring Emma Watson, Dan Stevens, Sir Ian McKellen, Ewan McGregor and Emma Thompson, the 2017 re-imagining of Disney's Beauty and the Beast will be screened in Birmingham.

The movie will be screened alongside an orchestra that will perform the film's classic scores.

Using much of the Oscar winning score by lyricist Howard Ashman and composer Alan Menken, as well as original compositions for 2017 from Céline Dion and Josh Groban, the music of Beauty and the Beast, the film has wowed crowds across the world.

There will be a showing of the film at 2.30pm and another at 7.30pm.

Britain's Got Talent rising star Tokio Myers is set to bring his debut tour to Birmingham.
