Diners can enjoy a classic combination of ribbon sandwiches, scones with fruit conserve and cream, pastries and tea in the historic stately home.

Social distancing precautions have been put in place to ensure safety and the capacity will be half what it normally is.

Dates are available now for August, September and October, with the first sitting on Wednesday, August 19. Prices start from £21 per person.

Councillor Ian Kettle, Dudley Council’s cabinet member responsible for halls, said: "We understand that people have missed those little luxuries during the pandemic, so we wanted to provide something which could take people away from it all for a little while.

"It’s a great way to celebrate a special occasion, or just an opportunity to treat yourself."
