The Pet Show arrived at Staffordshire's Showground on Saturday for a two-day show.

It was the first time it took place in the county having previously been at Warwickshire.

While hundreds of people took their own dogs for show, others enjoyed performances at the indoor and outdoor arenas.

Among the stars were Britain's Got Talent Pippa Langhorne and her singing dog Buddy.

Director Ian Sear said: "We moved to Staffordshire because we love the venue - the layout suits our show.

"Plus now we moved we are able to get other people along who otherwise, if we stayed in Warwickshire, would not have come.

"And what a show this year. So many people, so many dogs and everyone having fun."

The event has also raised money for charities City Dogs Home, Animal Lifeline and Smokey Paws.
