The former RAC worker from Brownhills will perform for fans at the two-day West Park event, formerly known as The City Show.

He will play on both days of the show, which will take place on July 15 and 16.

While on The Voice, Jason was picked to be part of Will.I.Am's team and made it through to the semi-finals.

Looking ahead to the show, Jason said: "I’m so looking forward to performing at this year’s Wolverhampton Fiesta for what is sure to be a jam-packed weekend.

"Performing in the Midlands is always extra special for me, and Wolverhampton Fiesta will be even more so, as I remember attending the City Show when I was younger.

"I can’t wait to join in the fun once more, this time as part of the line-up.”

Last year, which was the first-ever Wolverhampton Fiesta, saw more than 15,000 people attend - and organisers say they anticipate this year's turnout will be even greater.

Harry Jones, whose great grandfather started the Harry Jones Company (which is running the show) back in 1893, said: “Last year’s Wolverhampton Fiesta was such a success that we knew we had to do it again, but even bigger and better.

"I’m delighted that Jason will be joining us and I know that the city will welcome him back with open arms.

"We hope that as many people as possible will join us for the weekend and that we can create a real party atmosphere in the heart of the city.”
