More than 100 beers and ciders are on offer at the Stourbridge Beer Festival until Saturday evening.

The event, which is taking place at Stourbridge Town Hall, is being held across four nights in total.

It started on Wednesday for CAMRA members only, continued yesterday and is open today before closing tomorrow.

Local and national beers will be available from noon until 11pm tonight and 9pm tomorrow.

Organisers say they usually expect about 2,000 people turning out in total across the four days.

Phil Zjalic, who helps organise the festival, said: "We've been organising the festival since September – as soon as one finishes we start again on the next one.

"We've got a good selection of beers and ciders from across the country and we're supporting local brewers too.

"There are more than a 100 real ales and ciders and people come from all over the country to take part. We have a good reputation of the ales we select.

"We have volunteers who come from further afield to help out, they work free of charge and just enjoy being part of it."

Craft beers and hot and cold food will also be available to those attendance.

The town hall is next to Tesco .

Among the local breweries selling their beer and ales include Angel Ales of Halesowen, Sadler's Ales and Craddock's Brewery, both of Stourbridge among others.
