Roger and his band played a gig at Blackheath Library on Saturday to an audience of more than 100, which was quite an amazing turnout, considering it was a damp, miserable evening in February.

The band played two great sets of approximately 45 minutes each consisting of mainly original material, with songs from their three full-length albums .

The audience were very friendly and appreciative of the music, something Roger commented on at the end of the show. The band were indeed given a truly warm Black Country welcome.

The organisers had thought of everything, with the audience having the opportunity to purchase a fish and chip supper which was served at the interval.

All in all it was a great night out, for the band and audience alike.

Well done to all concerned with this successful evening - and here’s to the next one.
