Children can discover the secret fairy hideaways in Temple Wood at Weston Park, near Shifnal.

There are 15 fairy doors to find which are then opened to reveal the fairies.

Megan Haddaway, Marketing and PR Coordinator at Weston Park, said: “During the school holidays hundreds of children took part in our ‘Wonders of the Woodlands’ Discovery Workshops. Some of their creations including fairy houses and their inhabitants have now made their home in Temple Wood.”

Temple Wood and Weston Park's Woodland Adventure Playground are open until September 14 and then from September 19 until 30 and weekends only October 1 and 22.

Entry to Temple Wood costs £4.50 per adult, £4 per senior and £3 per child, with under 4’s free of charge.
