Limited tickets remain for WV1 Fest set to take place in Wolverhampton this weekend.

WV1 Fest is the UK’s biggest free to attend festival that brings you amazing set from some of the world's best rock bands, in the form of stellar cover acts.

This year's line-up will feature tributes to AC/DC (Whole Lotta DC), Slipknot (Slipknowt), Metallica (Mentallica), Red Hot Chilli Peppers (Reet Hot Chili Peppers), Arctic Monkeys (Antarctic Monkeys, Foo Fighters (Fu Fighters), David Bowie (Aladdinsane), Daft Punk (Daft Punkx) and many more.

The event will be hosted by Birmingham Kerrang! DJ Johnny Doom.

As well as hosting over 40 live bands across two stages, the event will have a variety of food and beer stalls as well as fun fair attractions for the whole family to enjoy.

Tickets are free, with patrons only paying a booking fee of £3.50. VIP lanyards are available for £12 which include access to a private roofed bar, private toilets and unlimited access.

WV1 Fest will come to Wolverhampton';s West Park from Saturday, August 12 to Sunday, August 13.
