Well this could be your chance.

If you're a young man of good physical shape and handy with your fists, you may be in luck.

Casting calls have been advertised for a 'pivotal role' in series four for the hit BBC Two drama.

No previous acting experience is required but you do need to be between the ages of 18 to 25 and be able to box.

The call has been put out on several posters which have been displayed in gyms around Birmingham.

It reads: "Male boxers aged 18 - 25 years old from the West Midlands for a pivotal role in the new series which starts filming in the spring. Must be a confident boxer and physically fit."

Those who fit the role are asked to email pb4casting@gmail.com.

The last time there was an open casting call for Peaky Blinders, hundreds queued for up to a mile around the block in Digbeth to audition for two roles.

Harry Kirton from Northfield, then 15, was chosen to play the youngest Shelby brother, Finn.

And Jordan Bolger from Coventry became gang member Isiah, the son of preacher Jeremiah Jones, played by Benjamin Zephaniah.

Filming for series four starts in March, with creator Steven Knight saying last month that scripts had been finalised.

The crew are also expecting to return to the Black Country Living Museum.

Star of the gangster drama Cillian Murphy confirmed at the end of last year that work was underway to get the show to tv screens by this autumn.

The actor, who plays gang leader Tommy Shelby in the hit drama which portrays Birmingham gangs of the 1920s, made the revelation at the premiere of the thriller Free Fire.
