The old Cellar Bar on Foregate Street, underneath the former Reynolds Bar, was put up on the market for rent.

A spokeswoman from estate agent Rory Mack Associates, marketing the property, say it is currently under offer.

It is available to rent from £1,000 per month.

Despite currently being closed, the club comes partly furnished with a built in bar, staging area and light fittings.

A description of the site, provided by Rory Mack Associates, reads: "The former Cellar Bar located at the landmark complex that is The Paul Reynolds Centre is being offered to the market. The private function room extends to 1,680 sq. ft. and has a built in bar, staging area and is partly furnished including nightclub light fittings.

"It has been recently redecorated in the foyer and function room and benefits from a road side

entrance. The Paul Reynolds Centre is located on Foregate Street with roadside frontage to the A34.

"The Former Cellar Bar forms part of a mixed use commercial multi tenanted site close to the town centre."

The terms of the lease are to be agreed with the landlord but the tenant will be responsible for internal repairs and maintenance while the landlord is responsible for external repairs and maintenance.
