Jessie J delights crowd at Cannock Chase

The scantily-clad star played to more than 5,000 fans in the forest at the first of this weekend's outdoor gigs.

And the straight-talking pop princess briefly stopped her show half way through after spotting a punch-up in the crowd and waiting for tensions to die down before resuming.

With her hair slicked back into a pony-tail, the 26-year-old treated her fans to renditions of Price Tag and Who You Are.

The London-born star admitted to the crowd it was the coldest summer concert she'd ever performed, although it stayed dry after a day of torrential rain.

Jessie revealed to her fans that the catsuit she was due to wear broke just minutes before she took to the stage and she also wrecked her microphone stand during an energetic performance of Nobody's Perfect.

The Modfather Paul Weller is performing at Cannock Chase on Saturday evening.
