Managing director Dale Parmenter also envisages more people joining the team before the end of the year.

The company plans to grow its team by a further 100 to reach 250 in 2019.

The agency hit the 150 milestone with the arrival of Sarah Lyddy and Mark Roddy and it has continued to grow throughout 2014 after a record year in 2013,

"At our summer conference where we announced our five-year plan, we set the ambitious target of growing our team to 250. Hitting 150 is obviously an important milestone on the way to this target," said Mr Parmenter.

"We're not hiring people just to hit a target of course. Our rapid growth across our business divisions needs to be supported by the best talent and this means bringing in the right experienced, passionate individuals to join the team."

The group's apprenticeship scheme has also helped bring on board new talent with four apprentices making the transition to full-time employment in the past year.

The acquisition of Grosvenorfilm also saw five new faces join the expanding London office.

The drp digital media team has seen significant growth with the team doubling in size in the past 18 months, reflecting the transforming landscape of the industry and how digital is infusing all other elements of communications delivery.

The group, which has its head office at the Ikon Estate in Droitwich Road, Hartlebury and a training centre in Bewdley, still has a number of vacant positions across divisions and will continue to recruit talent throughout the year through expanded apprenticeship schemes and traditional methods.

drpgrouo works with a wide range of clients and offers videos, events, print, digital media and exhibition solutions.

It has its own production studios on the 4.2 acre 212 site at Hartlebury which was originally used in the Second World War for transporting Spitfire engines and parts.

The new studio, which opened last year, was part of a £4.1 million investment programme..

It spent £3.6m on kitting out the new building, which features four editing suites and an audio suite and restoring some of its original features.

The studio also has its own cinema which can seat 30 people.
