In most cases, once you have received the brochure, you may be able to book direct with the tour operator by telephone or online - you will need a brochure or have read the tour details online beforehand in order to do this to ensure you are happy with the itinerary plus the terms and conditions.
Alternatively, booking forms, which are attached at the back of the brochures, can be completed and returned by post to the tour operator.
Payments is by cheque or debit/credit card payable to the relevant tour operator - Please do not send cash. Credit card transactions may incur a charge – see individual trip details for information.

Coach pick-up points are subject to minimum numbers. Coach pick-up points offered are Dudley, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Telford and Shrewsbury. Occasionally, tour operators are able to offer other pick-up points closer to your home - just ask the tour operator for details.
Coach routes are not necessarily the pick-up points listed in the brochures and may include extra pick-up points from other parts of the country.
Coach transfers in the UK are not available for holidays by air and Eurostar plus certain cruising holidays, unless otherwise stated.
Prices are per person and do not include single room supplements, flight supplements, optional excursions and travel insurance.

Lake Como, St Moritz and the Bernina Express
TAKE this escorted tour to stunning Lake Como and experience one of Europe’s most scenic train journeys through the Swiss Alps.
One of the slowest ‘express’ trains in the world, this remarkable Swiss train twists upwards in an amazing sequence of spirals, loops and tunnels to the summit at Ospizio Bernina, the highest through station in Europe.
The descent is through pretty pastures and pine forests to the chic resort of St Moritz, home of the infamous Cresta Run toboggan track, where there’s time for some window shopping or perhaps afternoon tea and cake.
Other highlights of this tour include a private boat and tour of the 18th century Villa del Balbianello, which features a renowned collection of art and historic furniture and stunning gardens, followed by a visit to Bellagio with its lakeside restaurants and formal Italian gardens.
Bergamo is said by many to be one of the most beautiful towns in northern Italy, and during the visit there is a guided tour of the old town.
Excursions are also included to nearby Lake Maggiore’s most attractive lakeside town, Stresa, with its tree-lined promenade, and the swiss town of Lugano, centred round the cafe-lined main square, ideal to people watch whilst enjoying a coffee.
