James Henry close to Wolves return

James Henry could be set for a Wolves return for Friday's trip to Middlesbrough.

The 26-year-old has missed three matches after limping off with a hamstring strain during the 2-1 defeat to Preston.

With a full week's training he could come into considering for the televised Riverside clash, boss Kenny Jackett said.

However Michal Zyro and Mike Williamson are unlikely to feature, with the Pole the closest of those pair to a return.

Jackett said: "We'll see this week, they're not far away. My first impressions are maybe Henry will be fit.

"We're not sure with the other two yet, we'll see, but they're outside training.

"Henry certainly needs a full week's training, but he's only been out for two weeks.

"Zyro's not too long and Williamson's a bit further and possibly will need an in-house game, it depends on how he goes in training.

"The other side of it is Mike's an experienced player and sometimes if he feels right he can step right in (to the first team) then that might be the case.

"I think maybe (he needs) two weeks training, some 11 v 11s in that structured strictly for him.

"He's over the worst and looking at him training on Monday he looked okay, and not far off.

"Certainly Henry won't need (an under-21 game or a friendly). If things go well this week I do feel he has a chance of helping us on Friday."
