A first-half penalty from Lee Evans looked to be enough to see Wolves home with three points at AFC Telford United's New Bucks Head.

Daniel Pappoe hauled down Aaron Simpson for a clear spot kick and midfielder Evans drilled home to break the deadlock by the interval.

New signing Callum Harris replaced Eusebio Bancessi on 65 minutes, with Jordi Ortega also coming on for Conor Hunte in the search for a second.

Evans featured in the closing stages with yet another shot from distance that wasn't far off, also picking up a yellow card for a foul on Will Collar.

He would dust himself off to net with almost the last kick of the game, Collar's back heel looping over goalkeeper Aaron McCarey to ensure the spoils were shared.

It was harsh on Scott Sellars' home side, who could have moved off the bottom of the Under-21 Premier League Division two had they claimed maximum points.
