Wolves duo Kortney Hause and Benik Afobe take on Rotherham hoping there's less goals flying in the home net with them involved than last season's same fixture.

A sensational affair towards the end of their march to the League One title saw Wolves eventually prevail 6-4 with two last-gasp goals,

writes Craig Birch.

Full-back Hause, then still with the club's development squad, watched that game from the stands before breaking into the first-team during this campaign.

They renew acquaintances with Wolves five points off the Championship play-offs, while Steve Evans' side are only four off the drop zone.

Hause said: "It was a very exciting game to watch, but we conceded far too many goals. Hopefully, we can win tomorrow and not let as many in.

"There's a lot of games coming up for us in a short period of time. We can only take it game by game, but we are going into a crucial period.

"There's eight teams fighting for the promotion places, so two are going to end the season disappointed. We don't want that to be us."

While Hause will be looking to keep Rotherham's attackers at bay, striker Afobe will be hoping the away defence is just as generous as they were the last time they made the trip.

The £2million January signing from Arsenal scored his first professional goals against the Millers, netting twice for Huddersfield Town in a Johnstone's Paint Trophy tie of November 2010.

Tomorrow game precedes Tuesday's home game against Fulham, before next weekend's trip to another fallen Premier League side in Cardiff City.

Afobe said: "You look at the table and we are doing better than Rotherham, along with the teams who have come down from the Premier League.

"Both Fulham and Cardiff will be difficult games, though, they are where they are in the league but they have still got top-flight quality players."

Hause and Afobe were talking from an autograph and photo session with supporters at the Wolves Mega Store, on Dudley Street in the city centre.
